1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inspyrd website located at getinspyrd.com (the “Site”), operated by Inspyrd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. When the Inspyrd mobile application becomes available, separate terms will govern its use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Description of Services

The Site currently provides the following services:

Information: Details about the Inspyrd product, features, and mission.
Waitlist: The ability to join a waitlist for early access to the Inspyrd mobile app.
Newsletter: The ability to subscribe to email updates about Inspyrd, faith, technology, and community.
Blog: Articles and content related to faith, technology, church leadership, and community.
Contact: The ability to send inquiries to the Inspyrd team via a contact form.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site without our express written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its related systems.
Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful or malicious code.
Harvest or collect email addresses or other personal information of other users.
Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Waitlist & Newsletter

By joining our waitlist or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive email communications from us related to the service you signed up for. Waitlist subscribers will receive updates about Inspyrd's launch and availability. Newsletter subscribers will receive content updates and articles.

You may unsubscribe from either service at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@getinspyrd.com.

We reserve the right to remove any subscriber from our lists if we reasonably believe they have provided false information or are using the service in violation of these Terms.

6. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a message through our contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to send the message. We will use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry.

We reserve the right to not respond to submissions that are abusive, threatening, contain illegal content, or are clearly spam.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Inspyrd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site, except as follows:

Your browser may temporarily cache copies of page content in the normal course of use.
You may share links to blog articles on social media, provided you do not modify the content or misrepresent its source.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Trademarks

The Inspyrd name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Inspyrd. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

The articles, opinions, and information published on our blog are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Blog content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, theological, or otherwise). While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of blog content.

Blog content may reference Bible verses, theological concepts, and church practices. These references reflect the views of the Inspyrd team and should not be taken as authoritative theological guidance. We encourage readers to study Scripture themselves and consult with their church leaders.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Inspyrd. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Inspyrd shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPYRD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INSPYRD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
Any content obtained from the Site; or
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspyrd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Inspyrd.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspyrd regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, we may provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email notification).

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.
